I’m neither a hawk nor a pacifist, but this type of defense spending and corruption infuriates me. Man, how many pet projects exist now that serve no real purpose? I shudder thinking about it. And I wonder how many other social service programs, education needs go unfunded because of the need to “protect Americans.”
Just returned home from Saffron after an evening with a HS classmate I haven’t seen in 20 years. Times do change.
