All the family is gone. Strange pall. Snow-splendor view.
- Woke up to a whole lot of saccharine “thankful for” networking tweets. Another pristine wilderness spoiled.
- Launched an online fund raising campaign for SOF: http://tinyurl.com/5rw2xp. Stressed and need to raise $50k in 3 weeks. Creative ideas?
- Martin Marty is so damned eloquent and human (http://tinyurl.com/5dvs3b). And the octogenarian has the spunk of a curious teenager!
- Up til 5am installing Flor tiles in 242mo, consoling sick baby, recycling and I feel fantastic.
- Black Thunder is hauling wood, furniture, boxes, babies, pasts, portent, preambles, pride, chap books. Quite a rig.
- The plushness of snow on freshly oiled cedar. All I can see are Bella’s sneakers hurriedly slipped off, perfectly set.
- Listening to Binyavanga Wainaina interview for a show on the ethics of aid. Challenging edit.
Boy-king is 3 today. When I told him we had a present, his orbs waxed an early winter moon and whispered “Spider-Man!”
- New joint is on the uptake. Now to gather all these little critters’ jumpsuits and Spider-Man underwear and finalize the Minne-location.
Boy-king does Clowney’s birthday ice cream at MPR. Wears chocolate as war paint.

While others are voting and rejoicing as they fulfill their patriotic duty, I am celebrating. My toilets will finally be delivered Thursday!
